Inspirations/Explorations
Some examples of inspirational logos to get started with by doing research in brands that had second meanings in their style choice. Robert frost was well known for his seasonal settings in his poetry and I tried and focused on the aspect of eastern trees and windows since he always enjoyed looking out windows in the fall to see the leaves fall from the trees. While taking that aspect I used the subtle usage of limbs and leaves to add the subtle usage of the dome in the background along with using his initials as the main aspect of the logo.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Robert Frost Society, Founded in 1978, aims to educate and discuss the life of Robert Frost along with his work. The San Diego Central Library, located in downtown San Diego. Will become the housing for the Society and harbor his collections of rare books and letters.
The goal of this project was to create a logo and develop a brand that will represent the Society and incorporate Frost's aesthetic. The branding solutions that we explored and developed are aimed towards sparking interest and grab the publics attention. Through our branding, we aim to combine the union of The Robert Frost Society and The San Diego Central Library. In addition to a logo, we also created elements that will showcase of the brand with mock-ups ranging from posters, bags and even wall murals. We aimed to integrate the architectural feature of the dome within the branding system. Designers explored different logos, color pallets, patterns and typefaces.

Ephemera
Some of the ephemera we created in order for us to present to the client were a mock website which included some examples of our logo along with using different aspects of icons and colors. We had to create posters along with a full stationary set. I took it upon myself to create extra mockups of gallery posters along with electronic advertisements boards you would see along the road or even at bus stops.
